Skilled workers ....

Skilled workers to fill job gaps across EU

It says the news that thousands of skilled workers cannot find work in Greece, Spain and Portugal could help fill vacancies in the other parts of the EU.
The European Commission is trying to improve co-operation between government employment agencies in different countries to make it happen. It says that the number of the skilled workers are increased from 60,000 to 300,000,(2008–2012) but only 5,000 them find a job through the organization.
But many of those who are unemployed are reluctant to leave their home countries.

This is exact what we’ve talked about last week, if we can’t find a job, what can we do? To seek the opportunity in the countries like German, or we can motivate the national consume.
Both of them are temporary solutions. If all the skilled workers leaving their own county to looking for a job, then we can imagine who left? Of course, those unskilled workers! Then the system will be sick, we produce and educate those skilled workers, using a large of resource on them, but end with a terrible result, they’re leaving!!! A lot of them will not come back. They are join the large wave of immigration. It’s the seem theory of the motivation of the consume, we buying, buying, buying, but later we will find out that we are trap in the credit crisis.

I’m not a economist, but I think we can’t aways chose the easy way to avoid the troubles. It seems easier, but practically it turns harder. Just thinking of the example of the young man who walking with the dog of your grandmother, it will be a good mode of thinking wider.
